Summer Evening Sound Bath

Please join us for a summer evening sound bath under the tent. A moment for gentle clearing, a soft reset, under the full moon in sound and stillness.

Misty, from Balanced Branches and Nourished Roots, will guide you through a short meditation to settle in and quiet the mind. Then allow the soothing sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, as well as other calming instruments to deepen your state of relaxation while being surrounded by nature's calming presence.

Following the sound bath that takes place from 6:30-7:30pm, continue to relax with a glass of PRV wine that is included with this event while you enjoy the breathtaking views of Preston Ridge Vineyard. This is truly going to be a perfect opportunity to take a deep breath and slow down for a moment. We look forward to sharing it with you all!
